Maintenance is prompt and professional. Management team led by Molly are super friendly and helpful. We leased for a year when we moved to the US after in-depth careful screening vs all other similar places in Needham and neighboring towns, Modera Needham wins by far. Great community and nice neighbors as well. Walking distance from Broadmeadow school, very close to the high way yet we don't hear the noise. Highly recommended for families indeed.

You won’t regret moving to the Modera.|Recommended: YesThe apartment is a great size. The neighbors and staff are pleasent. The Modera is a beautiful place to live in. It’s beautiful inside and out. Its also kid friendly. My two boys enjoy playing in the common area, where there is unlimited hot chocolate, and a friendly staff that is always available.
